1. After tracking your parcel on3 different site I come to the same conclusion as you:
Item is not found at this moment

2. Tracking number is valid.

3. You should contact seller and tell him the parcel was never mail or open a dispute to get your money back.

I did contact the seller and he kindly replies quickly, he told me it had been picked up by the post office and is currently waiting at customs in China and said "they are opening all packages so there is a delay" but for 2 weeks.? I still don't understand if a tracking number has been issued, why cant it be tracked on the EMS website..

1. This is my personal opinion, open a dispute to get your money back.

If it was EMS who gave me this tracking number EV944076651CN I still find it hard to understand why I cant track the item after 3 weeks.

I have now been told it may have been lost by the China post office, but if it was registered at EMS surly everyone would have been aware of where it was.......................................... this is all very questionable.

1. I will be honest with you, the seller never mailed the parcel. He can blamed the hole World but he did not mail the parcel.

2. I hope for you that you did open a dispute to get your money back!
