Hi My order shows the following:

2016-05-11 05:37:00.0 Frankfurt export customs cleared
2016-05-15 10:43:40.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2016-05-15 13:06:55.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-05-17 15:11:33.0 Shanghai Transit Station import customs scan
2016-05-18 13:18:56.0 Shanghai Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-05-19 07:07:16.0 arrive 东安路投递dept. delivery office
2016-05-19 08:33:45.0 东安路投递dept. attempt delivery
2016-05-19 09:25:41.0 东安路投递dept. attempt delivery
2016-05-19 14:16:29.0 arrive 东安路post dept. delivery office

you might need to ask receiver contact China Post branch in 东安路投递所 or call china post hot line 11185. China Post sometimes has difficult to deliver parcel to English address.
