70352519678 is not UPS number. It is China Post ordinary parcel. http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel was actually shipped on May 21st. Normally you will wait about 4 weeks before getting the item. You can not see new status during the shipping period.

1. No does not mean it got a flight out the same day.

2. China Post Small Packet Plus is the last priority parcel that will take a flight out of China. This type of parcel can only be track in China, no other country in the World will track this parcel. It's some sort like a letter but it's a small parcel with no tracking availability.
