Post Help does not update the status of my package

help since I made my purchase the seller sent me the tracking number is LZ974177645CN epacket bound for Mexico but since de octubre 28, 2018 was the last state to date today 16 November 2018 I do not know anything about the package where it will be or what happened, help please

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ974177645CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shanghai office to Mexico on Oct 28.

Now is rush season. Epacket Shipping time to Mexico can take 10 to 30 days. You need wait some more time.
