Hello everyone,

I have a problem and I hope someone will take time to read this. July 13, 2016 I ordered a LG GD580 from Ocean eForChina / Mobile Franchised Store and last Saturday (July 23, 2016) I got a message from them saying;

Status: The seller has shipped your order
Reminder: Your order should arrive within 3-7 Days, Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.
1. If your order does not arrive on 2016-08-31 , you can apply for a refund by opening a dispute.
2. To extend the Buyer Protection for this order, please click here.

I've been using tons of tracking websites, including here. This is my first time ordering online and I'm scared that I might have been scammed. Please help. Thank you.

EDIT: I forgot to add that my order was through DHL but the shipping states that it was Swisspost.

1. After tracking your parcel on multiple sites, I get nothing at all.

2. But what I found is this Email: [email protected]. You could contact them to find out about your tracking number. I know that the tracking number is a valid number because I have check it and it's OK.

3. Or you could contact seller and tell him that you can not track the item because it's not in the mail system. Has he physically mail the parcel?

4. Or you could directly open a dispute because the parcel was never mail in the first place as far as I'm concern.

Hope the above will allow you to make a decision.

1. Same, I do get nothing at all.

2. I will try this #2 method and thank you.

3. I contacted them so many times but I get ignored, I only have a message that came from them [screenshot indicated on my post above.]

4.Dispute can be only done after 10 days.

2. You are aware of this for your phone:
Sorry, this item is no longer available!

3. Did you get an answer from Swiss Post?

4. Since you got tracking now, can you contact seller and tell him that you don't live in Brazil!
