http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel still stuck in Shenzhen. It should be seriously delayed.

I suggest you wait 2 more weeks and see what happens. If you can not get it by end of Oct, open dispute for lost parcel.

Thank you. But on the link below it says "Departure Export Customs SHENZEN EMS" on September 29th. Does that mean it departed to Export Customs or that it passed customs and departed? Or is this link wrong?

Then track-chinapost.com says

CHINA, SHENZHEN EMS, Processed Through Facility -> Your item has been processed through a facility in SHENZHEN EMS, CHINA at 9:39 am on September 29, 2018."

The parcel left China Post customs controlled warehouse but still sitting in airline warehouse in Shenzhen.
No need care too much about other websites which has so many misleading information to users.

It turns out it might not have been delayed that long in Shenzhen. I just saw on the track-chinapost.com and USPS trackers that it arrived in a mail facility about 20 km from my house today. So who knows how long it has been in the US? The USPS doesn't do a great job updating their tracking info.

USPS website shows it just arrived USA on Oct 14. You will get it in one week.
