Hello. My package has been saying "Processed through sort facility" in HANGZHOU, CHINA Since September 1st. Can you track it or give me any information? I haven’t had any updates since that on September 1st and I’m beginning to get worried it has been lost. It has not left China? If not, how when do you think it will. I was told I would have this by September 23, 2018. Tracking No #LN624518785CN

LN624518785CN is seriously delayed in Hangzhou.

I suggest you wait one or two more weeks. If you can not get it by Oct 5, open dispute for lost parcel.
