is normal to be stuck from 20 octobre in security scan?

and, why on intmail.183.cn i see "opening" and in the track here i see "export security scan"?

005564541609 is regular airmail. it will not update status after "export security scan". you need wait about 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel.

Hi, my parcel cp251179238cn has been stuck in export security scan since the end of November, could anyone advise me on where it is and when I can expect it? Kind regards.

cp251179238cn is surface parcel. its moving and status changing is very very slow. normally it might take 2 to 3 months to arrive, you need some patient.

44451876398 is not register mail. China Post only scan it one time. The status will freeze at security scan forever. the parcel might keep moving, but you will not see new status and location anymore.

Numbers like 44916740123 (all digits) are most likely China Post ordinary (unregistered) airmail. You cannot know where the parcel is or when it might arrive.
