Hello,

I am waiting for the last 20+ days for my package to arrive from China to San Francisco. I am unable to see any updates on the tracking as it has not been updated since 25th Oct 2017.

I get the following message when tracked;

2017/10/25 16:47 Received by Post Office 510142
2017/10/25 22:52 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM
2017/10/25 22:52 Item returned from export Customs/Security GUANGZHOU EM

Can you please tell me as to when can I expect the package to my door step? Any help is greatly appreciated.

EA324666508CN was shipped on Oct 29. you will get it in about 2 to 4 weeks in US. there will be no update until parcel pass US customs inspection. if you can not get it by Nov 28, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
