Hi what does departure from export coustoms mean and also I ordered something from eBay and the seller said it was in the us August this and she contacted the post office to make sure how long does it take the clear costoms in the us and my tracking information was stuck since departure from export customs on July 29 2018 5:14 I tracked all this on this website thanks in case you don’t know what this website is it’s track-Chinapost.com my package is a ems epacket how long would it take for it to arrive from us
customs and for it to arrive from departure from export costoms thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LK589176897CN shows the parcel is waiting for flight space from Hong kong to Chicago since Jul 30. Waiting time can take 7 to 20 days.

Everything is ok, no need worry.

Ok thanks but I live in New York that’s weird why it says Chicago
