According to the web page, my shipment is on route since 12/11. Is it normal? The destination is in Portugal, but I thought it said on the website it would take 4 weeks maximum. How do I know if something is wrong? Is it going to arrive on time for Christmas?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LM213447747CN shows the parcel was shipped on Nov 11. Normally it should arrive Portugal in 2 to 4 weeks.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Dec 18, open dispute to seller for lost parce l refund.
