The website states that the delivery is failed could you please confirm why and how can I get my order delivered.

Australia Post website shows the parcel is in STANHOPE GARDENS NSW, Awaiting Collection at STANHOPE GARDENS LPO.

You need go to that post office to pickup the parcel asap.
