Hi there! I came here exactly a week ago asking about my parcel delivery status and read through some of the forum articles. I see that the average time of delivery to Singapore is 5-14 days, but it has been more than that as you can see, and there hasn't been any updates so far. Should I be worried?

My parcel number is RJ846357229CN

2. So from the above tracking we know that the parcel is On Route to Singapore. Your parcel seem to be fine as far as I can see. I would give it a few more days to see if anymore tracking will show up.

3. If in a few days you still can not track your parcel on Singapore Post, then contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.

It's been six days since my order was sent out to my country (United Kingdom) and the tracking info hasn't been updated ever since, can you give me an update on the tracking info please?

1. Your parcel left China according to this last tracking:
2016-09-23 10:37:04.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport

2. This does not mean It's a direct flight to UK, they maybe some hop before arriving in UK.

3. For what I have seen here it can take from 1 to 2 weeks before UK scan your parcel into the mail system. You just need to track your parcel on Royal Mail site to see the arrival. Then eventually it will have to go through UK Customs Office.

4. As far as I can see, there is no problem with your parcel, you just need to be patient and wait for it.
