Post Damaged package_ Complaint

I have finallly received my parcel CC072567317NL (it took 12! days to deliver this package from the post office 500 metres away from my apartment) and the content of it was completely destroyed. It was well packaged, every item in separate carton and still ALL items were broken.
Another parcel should have been delivered to my address (CC072567334NL) but again has been send to the post office and will probably end up the same way the first package did.

I would like to file a complaint and get a refund, have never had such bad delivery service anywhere. Tracking is perfect until it reaches China. I have already contacted Post NL and urged to stop using China post.
Reply please and make sure my other package is not damaged! I wil not accept that

CC072567317NL is not china post parcel, it is Netherlands Post parcel. You can open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for damage order refund.
