Hello.
Could you look at where my package RG786492502CN is, which according to the seller is shipped on March 07, 2018, but when I look for it it says "shipping notice received from seller" so I take it that it is not not sent.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet. You might be scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 2 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

Hello and thank you for your answer.
I suspected there was a problem because he told me he sent it.
I sent him a message and if tomorrow he is not sent I will open a dispute with aliexpress
