Hello, my package has not had any activity since it arrived at Beijing customs on June 11th, is there any information regarding it? Thank you

CJ906031853DE seems to have customs clearance problem in Beijing. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185, go to China Post Beijing Int'l office to pickup the parcel. Some duty might need to be paid.

我刚拨打11185然后说快递咨询要再拨打11183，打完了之后他们告诉我是12日海关收到邮件的但没说有问题只是还没通过海关呢，想请问一下您咨询的时候是他们是说有问题还是还没通过呢 有问题的话能告诉我是什么问题吗 通过海关一般需要多少时间？ 感谢您

根据我们的经验，海关留存不应该超过1周。既然11183 告诉你货物没有问题，那你就再等等吧。也许最近进口货物很多，海关比较慢。
