This is the tracking number RY292069824CN. When I track on 17 tracks . net it's showing some error like( problem at customs, returned back to seller etc.,) alert symbol. What I've to do? I don't know whom to ask. Someone please help me.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY292069824CN shows import customs cleared in Guangzhou. This means the parcel was rejected by Guangzhou customs. YOU CAN NOT GET THIS PARCEL ANYMORE.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for non-arrival order.

I can see that tracking details are again updated. Is it returning to the seller back?

it seems seller sent it t customs again. Not sure if it will be rejected by customs again.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UN138491148CN shows the parcel was shipped on Sep 9.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

it looks like it has not been returned by customs. It should be a good news.
