Hello,
I have a package that was shipped on 4th October with tracking number: RF371513942CN and as I have been tracking the package I have noticed that the package hasn't really left china because it keeps being transported from Yiwu to Shanghai customs several times. The seller keeps telling me that the package is in transit and has left China but I know for a fact that my package is still in China

3. Can I say to you that your parcel is On Route to UK, the answer is no because of the history on the parcel. Your parcel was trying to get a flight out of China a few times but each time there was no room for the mail bag. So that why the parcel came back to Yiwu.

4. To make sure that the parcel has really departed China you will need no tracking for the next 10 days. Then there is a chance that the parcel departed China.
