Hello,

my package has not been delivered and I am not sure why.
LX592240860CN

The website says:

Your item was not delivred successfully(FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY DEFZ85 ZB95) at 2017-12-05 19:06:00
Reasons for unsuccessful delivery：16

Does anyone know how I could find out the local carrier? Where I could contact them to clarify this and have the package delivered?

LX592240860CN is your local Germany POST(DHL). you need contact them for delivery detail.

Thank you. Are you sure about DHL though? Because on their website it says they don't have any information about the shipment...

No information is currently available for this shipment

you can not track it in German post website until German customs releases this parcel. this might take 2 weeks.
