Post Canada delivery - received an empty box after a months wait

I received my package a week ago (hand to hand from the mailman). I had noticed it was in bad shape, but when I opened it, I realized that the product I ordered had been stolen, I received an empty package.

I called Canada Post, who opened a ticket for the case (#120941423), but told me it is China Post's responsibility to get it all resolved. The seller is Hippie is lifestyle, and the China Post tracking number is LM218976012CN.

I think you should open dispute to seller and let seller to solve the problem. Normally China Post need shipper to file an investment request and then compensate the lose to shipper.
