I need to know where my goods are, its has been about 4 months now and i don't know what's happening. The tracking no is RJ500888355CN.

Please if there's anyone who can help find it.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RJ500888355CN arrived South Africa on April 5. On April 25 South Africa Post tried to make delivery but no further result. You can try to contact your local post office and see if they can find the parcel. If South Africa Post can not help you, it should be lost.

My Parcel has not changed in status for 41 days.

shipping time to South Africa normally will take 60 to 90 days. it is still in normal time frame.

i understand that it may take 60 -90 days to arrive in South Africa from the sender in China. But is it normal for a parcel status to remain unchanged (no updates) for 52 days?
Current Status still states: 7 August'17: leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport.
The local postal service also state that they have no record of this parcel yet.

i understand that it may take 60 -90 days to arrive in South Africa from the sender in China. But is it normal for a parcel status to remain unchanged (no updates) for 52 days?

your local postal service will not have any record until the parcel completes import processing and released by South Africa customs. This might take 30 to 70 days.

It has now been 76 days since initial posting and 71 days since the track china post website has last had a change in the status of my parcel. South African Post office still has no record of this parcel.
Can someone kindly locate Parcel RS765595489CN.

normally parcel will take about 80 to 90 days to show up in South Africa post system. You need some patient.
