Post Are my packages lost?

I ordered 2 items in two days and they both arrived to Gunanghzou swap bureau 20 days ago and their status hasnt changed since. Are my parcels lost there?
Tracking numbers are RV966310736CN and RV106367705CN.

RV966310736CN and RV106367705CN were shipped on Jul 23 from Shenzhen.They should be outside China now. You can not know exact location after parcel left China.

Please wait another 2 to 4 weeks, once parcel arrives Serbia, you will see new status in Serbia Post website.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend protection or open dispute for refund.
