Post Any help appreciated!

Hi,

I ordered a few items from China and it seems that
the tracking number is incorrect?

Here's the tracking number: RC000595675SC

When I checked on 17track, it says that the tracking number's country of origin
is Seychelles? I don't understand, because the products are from China, therefore
shouldn't the tracking number end with CN and not SC? It should be displayed as Country of Origin China and Destination Country Australia.

Also, here is my other parcel: RJ877759001CN what do the status mean?

Thanks

1. For RC000595675SC, I was not able to find out were the parcel is going. Maybe the seller is getting the article from Seychelles. You need to ask your seller that question.

2. For your second parcel, this is what I found:
International Mail# RJ877759001CN Tracking Result
Summary
Tracking number Origin Destination Status
RJ877759001CN CHINA AUSTRALIA On route

History Detail
Local date/time Activity Location Remarks
20-Oct-2016 15:21 Received by Post Office 31005300
21-Oct-2016 13:30 Departure export customs HANGZHOU

3. Now it will be up to the Australian Post to scan your parcel and give it to the Customs Office to be clear.

Hope this help.

Thank you! I have a question: does that mean my second parcel has passed China customs?

I know this isn't related to China post, but I used 17track to track this number: RC000595675SC and I saw some update. The destination has finally been updated, so it says 'Australia Post' now. The last status is "Send Item Abroad (export)". What does this mean? Does this mean my item is now on a plane or something?

1. It means it's On route to Australia. Because there is no more tracking I can not confirm to you that the parcel physically departed from Seychelles. But normally it means that the parcel departed for your location.

2. This parcel can not be track on the Australian Post site, this is what i got:
Sorry, this item can't be tracked
Looks like your item was sent with an international service that doesn't include tracking.

Hope this help.

Generally, Australia post can only track international parcels if the sender is from Australia, so that's not a problem.

Thank you for answering my questions
