Hello,

I would like to know where is my parcel (tracking number : CP359511736CN ).

I sent it from Kunming to France on July 11th. It was supposed to be shipped in 2 or 3 weeks, by plane. It's September 23 and I have no news about it !!!!!!!!!

I don't know where is my parcel and I don't know when I'm supposed to receive it.

Can you give me some news about its status and its estimated date of arrival ?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP359511736CN shows the parcel was rejected for safety reason. You can not get it anymore.

I don't understand... There was just clothes, a first aid kit and and books.
What does it means "safety reason" ?

Can't you just open it, check it and send it again ?

Can't you just remove the item which is a problem and ship the parcel ?

What can I do to have my parcel ?

I really don't understand... The parcel was checked in the Kunming office and all was good, I paid the shipment and now you are telling me that the parcel was rejected ???

I need more explanations than just "safety reason".

The parcel was rejected by china customs for long time. I don't think anyone can find it anymore. I should have been discarded long time.

China Post accept your parcel does not mean China customs and airline will not reject it.

By the way, what is the item inside the parcel? I guess it might have something like battery, chemical or illegal copyright item inside. China customs now is very strict on such items to keep airline safety and copyright of original owner.

Can you please check if it is possible to find the parcel and remove the problematic items ?

There was nothing illegal, but maybe the first aid kit contained liquids (like physiological serum) and pharmaceuticals (paracetamol or something similar, nothing illegal once more). And it was mostly clothes, no fakes, and books. Everything was checked in the Kunming's China Post office.

If Chinese customs can reject a parcel, how is it possible that China Post accepted mine to be shipped in France ? I guess the postman should be aware of such rules when he checked the items.

unfortunately now is too late to do anything. Time has passed 2 months, normally it should be discarded to trash if shipper does not pickup the return after free storage time.

How was I supposed to do something if you don't warn me ? What is the point to give you my phone number if you do not tell me that there is a problem ?

So, unfortunately, China Post is the worst shipping service in the world. I paid a lot to be sure to receive my parcel in the fastest way but apparently, your postmen are not able to do their job correctly. It's really a shame...

I don't know what else to say... I did everything according to your rules, I trusted your service and all was right. But for unexplained reasons, my parcel has been trashed.

Can I hope that you will really see if my parcel is trashed or stored somewhere ? Can I hope that my parcel is still waiting to be shipped or not ?

Yes. I totally agree with your option. The problem is caused by the clerk who accepted your parcel without checking the inside parcel. At least she/he should explain you the potential risk of reject, but they did not do anything.

If you are now in Kuming, you can go to your original post office and see if they can find the return parcel for you. Though the chance is not high, but it deserves a try. At least you can complain to their postmaster about the clerk who did not check your parcel properly.

How can I easily contact them ? I'm in France now so it's difficult for me to check directly in Kunming. Is there an email address to contact the Kunming office ?
