LY649040369CN I track my package it says Origin Post is Preparing Shipment how long does that take its been saying this since 9/11/18

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY649040369CN shows the parcel was shipped on Sep 13 from Shenzhen.

Now Shenzhen has some serious delay caused by typhoon. You might need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get it in USA.

Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) at 2:04 pm on September 24, 2018 so when is my package going get to my address this is bullshit I been waiting way over a month

the parcel arrived USPS processing center in New York on Sep 24. Not sure why USPS does not deliver the parcel to you. It might be lost by USPS.

So how do I go about getting my package or at least getting them to pay for the lost package

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.

I paid with my visa through online website where there was selling the product I trying reaching out to them they havent respond but it the USPS that lost it do they reimbursed me my money back for the item that they that
