I purchased 2 items (on separate days) from the same supplier. I have 2 tracking numbers, (89244367607 and 89241868065) that when checked show "Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan". It has been 6 weeks since payment and nothing has arrived.
Have opened a dispute (within eBay), and following the protocol suggested, but all I get back from the seller is (item has been sent. check tracking). It is a total waste of time. Any practical suggestions would be appreciated.

89244367607 and 89241868065 are china post ordinary parcel. this is a cheap service for low value item. China post will not pay labor cost to scan its new status after it left first post office. So you can not know its current location. Normally the parcel will arrive in 4 to 8 weeks.

Normally if you have opened dispute to seller and seller does not response, you should escalate the dispute and require ebay refund. If the parcel arrives after you get refund, you can repay the seller.
