I can see that it left Shanghai on the 2/12/2017 and it still hasn't arrived in NZ, I have rung nzpost and they can confirm it hasn't reached the airport yet. It states that it's in international departure and it has left the country + customers as Shanghai.. HELP

LF165686016CN is on the way to NZ. Now is busy season, you need wait 4 to 6 weeks.

Can someone please help me. I purchased my sons christmas present and had been followinf the tracking. It arrived in Australia on the 12th December but on the 15th December it states it is back in china for export security scan!

How can it be back in China? Can someone please tell me what is happening with my precious package? The tracking number is LH202358927CN

Thank you in advance. Im so upset and confused :-(

Call Australia Post asap. There must be some mistake in their system.

Australia post tracking states all is ok....its china post tracking that noted the package back in china
