Post Tracking number brings up No shipping record

Hey, the tracking number I was given with an online order has shown up as 'No shipping record' for 12 days now. I contacted the seller and they assure me everything is fine.. what else can I ask them for? Will they have any proof that the number is real that I can ask for?

RB132498837SG is singapore post tracking number. some china seller use Singapore Post to ship battery item. tracking number is not trackable until the parcel arrives Singapore (later will transit to other country). the time from china to singapore might take 15 days.

1. The tracking number is a valid tracking number. If the seller is from China he has to arrange transportation to Singapore. Then from there on Singapore Post will track your parcel. Your parcel can take from 1 to 2 weeks to get to Singapore from China, no tracking is available for that trip.

Hey, is someone able to help me find some more info on this tracking number? I've had no further updates since I posted this thread.. I think the seller is in China so I assume the package is still to arrive in Singapore?

And this is what It said:
Waiting for pick up
2016-12-01 12:01:08

Seller shipped
2016-11-30 13:13:35

2. Maybe it would be time to talk to the seller and ask him what is going on.

Thanks for that. The seller hasn't responded to my email but he seems confident that it was shipped. What does 'waiting for pick up' mean?

1. Your parcel has to go from China to Singapore, because it Singapore Post that will mail your parcel to New Zealand.

2. I can not remember is Singapore Post Outlet has an Office in China or not, If so then the parcel will be deliver there, if not then a courier company must take charge of the parcel till it land in Singapore.

3. waiting for pick up must mean that, the seller told the courier company or Singapore Post Outlet that he shipped the parcel maybe to a designated point and now it's waiting for pick up.

4. Maybe the seller will be able to clear that with you.
