What does "reason 16" mean? And how do I get my parcel?

Not sure where you're seeing "reason 16", but it looks like your item is in Wellington, NZ: http://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking/item/EA307996141CN

I'm not sure from the tracking info whether NZPost has made a delivery attempt yet or not. In any case, if you contact your local post office I'm sure they'll be happy to help you get hold of your parcel. =)
