I have ordered something from Bellalike in April 2018.
According to them my order was shipped on May 21st, 2018 with tracking number : RO275914807CN
However, it is now August ( more than two months) and I have nor received it. Can you please advise of the Status?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RO275914807CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jun 27. Normally it will catch airline in 2 to 3 weeks after sent to airline. Then it will wait for import processing in Richmond BC. How long it will complete import processing depends on your luck. As per CBC and GlobeMail report, Canada Post often let china post register mail parcel staying in their warehouse for 30 to 60 days without processing . So you might wait 3 months to get your parcel.

If you buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund.

Next time please use China Post ePacket to ship goods from China to Canada, ePacket takes only 2 to 3 weeks to reach Canada receiver.
