Hey, my parcel RF030981443CN has been stuck in stuck in the Shenzhen Transit Station customs scan for 10 DAYS?!?!?!?!?
What is going on? 😡 😕 :( :(

parcel stucks in one place for 2 to 4 weeks is common. If over 4 weeks, it should be a problem.

status freezing does not necessarily mean the parcel not moving. it only means the parcel location has not been updated yet. read this http://track-chinapost.com/?p=669 .
