The seller has advised that China Post tried to deliver my parcel on 23 Aug (via Australia Post obvously) however the China Post tracking result is: No Shipping Record.

My husband is home all day everyday & the doorbell wasn't rung, nor was an attempted delivery card left by Australia Post as per the normal post in Australia.

The seller only advised me on 18 Aug that the product had been shipped & it was supposed to have been delivered to country NSW 5 days later - doubtful.

Can you advise whether the tracking no. is genuine and if so, where my parcel is at the moment.

your seller is a cheater.
1)RF471701775SG number ends with SG, this is Singapore Post number format, it has nothing to do with China Post.

2)Singapore Post website shows RF471701775SG tracking result as "information received" on Aug 24. This means your seller applied a tracking number from Singapore post on Aug 24 but never actually shipped anything. So it is impossible to be delivered in Australia 5 days ago.

You are 100% scammed. If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you should open dispute against fraud immediately.

Thanks for your help. I forgot to mention that I realised that the tracking no. was a Singapore post tracking no. & I used the hyperlink on the China post site to track Singapore post packages but got the same 'No Shipping Record response.

I have contacted the seller & advised them that I would like a response within the next 3 business days. They use Shopify as their payment provider so I will contacting Shopify as well as my bank.
