The tracking just says "on route" for a whole month.. no real details if it even left the country or arrived in Australia (from Singapore).

Singapore Post website shows the parcel was delivered on April 5. If you did not get the parcel, call Australian Post asap.

Just confirmed with Australia Post, it was 'returned to sender'. ie. never going to get here. Thanks. Going to chase up with vendor (AGAIN!).

Hi my Parcel status has been "Export customs clearance complete" for past 10 days. Has it departed to Australia? if yes how can I track it with Aus post please? need help :(
my tracking number is :RF239338660CN
Has someone experienced this before?

1. On one tracking I have this statement:
09.05.2016 08:29 Send item abroad (Export)
Fuzhou International Place Of Exchange 35004900
So I can conclude that your parcel has left China.

If you go at Australia Post this can be of interest to you, on this page:

2. Their is only estimate of arrival time for New Zealand but not for Australia. The estimate for New Zealand is 2 weeks, I suspect Australia should be around the same time frame.

3. Please note that Customs Clearance of your parcel in you country does not count in the estimated time for arrival.

Hi there. Parcel was sent to Auckland New Zealand on 13 June. I still have not received it and there hasn't been any status updates for a long time. CP332792295CN

1. Where you advise that your parcel was going to be delivered by China Post registered surface mail. This is the full tracking of your parcel:

3. If it goes by ship to New Zealand it can take from 40 to 70 days up to 6 months to arrive.

Hey Everyone,
I've had a parcel according to China Post sent to me from the
26/9 its now the 24/10 and According to China Post its Only Just Left
"Final Scan" Shanghai departure (2016-10-17 23:55:00.0).

its been 4 weeks now "ebay item" and it is jewelry.

Is there anything more i can do?.....this waiting game is killing me!

thank you to whoever has some more information on as to why its taking so long or if there is some other information you could help me with that would be great.
