Hello,
Every month I send a parcel to my daughter, Erin Mae Little who lives in Beijing. Last Month, but I have checked with her, and she has not received it... the tracking number is ... LK963012923AU, and I have checked the tracking and it is indicating ...

Would you be able to give me the contact details of who I can contact to understand the problems with the delivery... what is the dialling code if I am calling from Australia...

The best thing to do is to contact China Post by phone, yes. I'm pretty sure this kind of parcel is handled by their EMS division, which is +86 10 11183 -- if not, the postal division is +86 10 11185. As far as I'm aware the reps on both lines speak Mandarin only.

Thank you, but I got an interpreter today [2018-03-07] and we tried to ring [...EMS division, which is +86 10 11183 -- if not, the postal division is +86 10 11185...] at 18:06 EST[Melbourne time], but we got a busy line, or number un-reachable in calling from Australia. When is the best time to ring these numbers?

Back on the December 28, 2016, 14:27, [subject: Re: CF107019049AU...] you were extremely helpful in tracking down that parcel [with tracking number CF107019049AU].... [Thank you, sincerely!!] by providing me the details of the courier [....Messenger name: Wang Fujun; phone: 18519364305...]. If it is OK, to expedite resolution, would you be able to provide me the phone number of the courier who attempted to deliver this parcel, and be able to confirm the delivery address as well. Regrettably the AUSPost system requires a handwritten postal address, and I know my handwriting is not easy to read! This is a parcel of things to my daughter, Erin.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel LK963012923AU was delivered to receiver on March 5. So if your daughter did not get the parcel, ask her call 11185.
