This package seems to be lost in transit, departed China for NZ on 21/7 never been scanned in NZ

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LF398599505CN shows the number was sent to airline on Jul 28.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean it is on the flight to your country. It will keep waiting another 2 to 6 weeks in airline warehouse waiting for processing and flight space.

Everything looks normal so far, no need worry. You just need wait some more time.

China Post has different kind of service: epacket and airmail. epacket is much faster than airmail. Maybe your previous orders were shipped by epacket. unfortunately this parcel LF398599505CN is airmail.
