Has anyone got items to India Through yanwen express services below is my status

YANWEN
8/1/2014 12:00:00 AM India Arrive at India Airport
7/29/2014 12:00:00 AM BeiJing Hand over to Airport, Flight No. SQ803
7/28/2014 12:00:00 AM BeiJing Departure from Outward Office of Exchange
7/27/2014 12:00:00 AM BeiJing Arrive at Outward Office of Exchange
7/27/2014 12:00:00 AM BeiJing Arrive at Post Office Processing Centre
7/23/2014 12:00:00 AM SHENZHEN Despatched from Shenzhen Yanwen Sorting Center
7/23/2014 12:00:00 AM SHENZHEN Arrived at Shenzhen Yanwen Sorting Center

but no update after 1st august and still goods have not reached my hands.. where to inquire ???

pls help me

the parcel was shipped by Yanwen express which is a private logistic company(not china post). You should contact seller and ask shipping detail.

HE SAID THE TRACKING NUMBER CHANGES AFTER IT REACHES THE DESTINATION COUNTRY..CAU U GUIDE WHERE IN INDIA SHOULD I CONTACT

Yanwen is not china post. you should ask seller who is the India shipping contact.

even i have one parcel coming through that yanwen express to india !
it came to india arrive on 10th after that have not seen any update nor i get it !
if you know how to track further just let me know or if i get anything i ll contact you !

Guys even i have some parcels coming by Yanwen.
Tried asking the seller's about Yanwen's Indian agent but none of them understand.
Please do post if at all any info

I am requesting Rohit and Dharamsoni to update their current status of their Yanwen Express shipments. This would help me and many others having troubles with Yanwen Express.
Kindly update latest status and steps it went through while traveling from China to India.

yanwen express delivers till india.. then its taken over by indian foreign post customs and sent through indian post registered mail...normally takes 1 month to 40 days but no tracking is available after it comes to india.. i got to shipments from yanwen..but one was charged duty it was 10 small torches ... i brought @ 60 rs a piece.. but bastards charged me 76 rs duty per torch ,,,,avoid getting items through yanwen..

oh my god, thats a great loss for you Rohit... But I don't think its Yanwen's fault, is it??? There are instances where these idiots have charged for other posts also, like China Post or Honk Kong Post. I feel it depends on their mood... I am so sorry to hear that you had to pay so much extra buddy.
Now I have few items coming through Yanwen. 1st one among them is showing 'Arrive at India Airport' since 6/9/14. Its 10 days now, but did not receive it yet.
You mentioned 1 month to 40 days, is it from the time the seller ships it or from the time it shows 'Arrive at India Airport'?

Thank you Rohit for the info.
My YW parcel is stuck in customs from last 28 days & still no info about it
BTW received few parcels yesterday thru China & Hong Kong Post no duty charged on any of those.
