1. This type of parcel is what is call: China Post Small Packet Plus,
those type of parcel sometime have only 1 tracking and no more.

2. You are lucky you have this:
Parcel No.03097855402 tracking result
2016-05-09 16:19:08.0 Electronic Data Received
2016-05-11 17:55:44.0 parcel center received
2016-05-11 19:47:28.0 parcel center customs scan
2016-05-11 23:03:26.0 leaving parcel center ，next station Shenzhen center

Not one country in the World will track China Post Small Packet Plus.
