Your seller lied to your face! Nothing was ever shipped. Also epacket tracking usually starts with L not R! Tell him to save the bull**** and u should raise a dispute immediately to recover your money. Usually the deadline for claiming a refund is 2 months after the seller allegedly "shipped" it. Your time for raising a dispute is almost up so u should start the process ASAP or your money is forfeited forever!
