Post shipping China to Philippines via BPost?

I ordered some lithium-ion batteries from AliExpress, and the seller said that whereas it was formerly possible to send them using Turkey Post before (China Post is not able to ship batteries to the Philippines), it's now not possible, so they changed to a different shipping method, which is BPost Intl (Belgian Post).

The seller gave me this BPost Intl tracking number: RG993716957BE

The only tracking status update is on 2017/09/22, which is "Your parcel is on the way to Belgium."

I am presuming that the parcel has first to travel from China to Belgium, and then from Belgium to the Philippines.

(I had ordered once before from the same seller, and it used Turkey Post: the batteries first traveled from China to Turkey, then from Turkey to the Philippines. I had been worried at first if this shipping method would work, since the China to Turkey part took something like 7-10 days before I saw any tracking update).

Now this BPost (China to Belgium) is already 12 days and no other tracking update. I'm again worried if this shipping method will succeed or fail. Anyone with experience with shipping of batteries via BPost (anyone know on average, how long does it take for a parcel to travel from China to Belgium)?
