still not any update regarding this tracking number RG230330765CN status still show 12-11-2015 left postal office.

the parcel has left China, you can not see new status until it arrives your country. Normally this will take about 3 to 5 weeks.

can you please tell me after hand over to destination country which courier company work ? some one told me aramex is the local courier

UAE post website shows your parcel now is in U.A.E Post office. You should go to U.A.E post office and pickup the parcel asap.
