Post request help - documents sent from Korea to China EMS

Hi,

I sent some documents to China for a work permit application. Korea post ems says they arrived in China and were transferred to the local post office 5 days ago. China post ems says that the documents are still in Korea. The company I sent the documents to called the China post and they say they don't have them, and Korea post say they are not responsible after the package left Korea! Since I don't speak Mandarin I cannot speak to China post myself. What should I do? Thanks.

you'd better post tracking number if you want help. Otherwise none can understand what are you talking about.

Tracking number is EE350405616KR

Different tracking results with Korean site: http://trace.epost.go.kr//xtts/tt/epost/ems/ems_eng.jsp
And Chinese site: http://www.ems.com.cn/mailtracking/e_you_jian_cha_xun.html?COLLCC=442968749&

EE350405616KR has not entered into China Post system. Two possible reasons:
1) the parcel is lost.
2) the parcel is still in China customs and has not been released to China Post yet. Customs clearance normally takes 3 to 5 days, but occasionally it might over 10 days. You can wait one more week and track again. if it still does not show china location, it should be lost.
