Hello. My parcel has been in a loop since May 6th. I asked my Aliexpress seller and he replied that the tracking had been updated, but all I see is like this every day. Should I ask for a refund? My tracking number is RY089114182CN. Thanks.

2018-05-22 15:38:07.0 Guangzhou center export customs cleared
2018-05-23 07:35:57.0 arrive Guangzhou center

BTW, I still have around a month of protection left.

RY089114182CN keep looping in Guangzhou for many times. This normally means it has problem in customs. Not sure the detail reason of the looping, you can wait two or three more weeks. If you can not get it by mid of June, you should open dispute to aliexpress for refund.
