Hello! Please help me. My tracking ID is RM273975817CN.
Its status has been showing "青岛international 普邮center export security scan" since 8-July-2017. Has my parcel already departed from China? Please help me to locate where it is now. Thank You Very Much!!

if your parcel stuck at some location without changing, normally it means the parcel has left china(parcel status will seem to be freezing at its last china location when parcel is actually outside of china).

This order is to ship to Thailand. If it has already left China, it should be arrived to Thailand in shortly. Could you please kindly suggest if anyway I can continue track it in Thailand? Thank you very much.

wait about 2 to 3 weeks, if the parcel arrived Thailand, you can track it in Thai Post website.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RM273975817CN was shipped on Jul 8. It is on the way to you. The status is normal, no need worry anything at this moment.

Hi. Please help me.
I still haven't received my order yet. And not any tracking data and update found.
I think I should start worry now. Please you kindly help to make sure that my order has already leaved from China or is it still stuck in China.
I have also asked to Thai Post information center and they answered me the item has not arrived in Thailand yet.
The flying time and route from China to Thailand should not be that long way.
It is already taking too long.

Hello .please help me locate my package please.i returned an item from the USA to China one year now and is waiting for a refund. Seller says she never received the package and I have no way of knowing if she lied. Once I can prove it reached China I will get my refund customs number lc291280983us

lc291280983us is USPS 1st class mail. China Post will not scan and update status for such parcel. You can not know if it has been delivered or not. Next time, you should use USPS register mail, tracking number starting with R and ending with US.
