did a ebay sale to a buyer in china. it been over 50 days and claims he has not received the package. he ended up opening a case on ebay saying the package has not arrived. now my bank account is overdrafted from him claiming the package has not arrived could anyone help at all! and clear things up TRACKING: UA919645016US it was shipped on 04/15/2019

UA919645016US has no record in China Post system. It should be lost before the parcel arrives China Post system.

If you have insurance with USPS, you need claim lost parcel refund.
