Hi sir.

i have placed an order on the 12th of feb and tracking started showing from the 20th of feb.

since the past week. the parcel seems to be going in a loop . tracking no RP196655668CN

can someone pls explain whats going on ? is there a problem with the parcel ??

RP196655668CN seems to have problem to pass customs scan. What is the item inside? any battery or chemical in the parcel?

Hi. there's no battery or chemicals. its an e-cigarette MOD.

is the problem with custom scan in the origin country ( china ) or destination country ( india )

I am not sure what is e-cigarette MOD, but obviously it can not pass customs scan. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Mar 15, you should open dispute for refund.

May I ask why can it not pass custom scan ? It is without batteries.

People in my country have been ordering for it without any issues? I just want to understand what is stopping it from passing the scan

Hi . Can anyone help ? I spoke to the seller they are saying it's no problem and I should wait for another 3-4 weeks, I feel I am.being scammed. Can someone from China post please help

why is china post volunteers, specifically not responding to this post and replying to all others ? i am not doing anything wrong i believe.
