I know that my order arrived in Vietnam on November 20, 2019, I want to know which carrier in Vietnam has accepted the order, thank you.

we don't have your tracking no.,so not sure if it's from china post. if your parcel is from china post , vietnam post will deliver the parcel to you in Vietnam.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO464008507CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Beijing office to Vietnam on Nov 20.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Vietnam Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Beijing ,China or customs warehouse in Vietnam ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Vietnam Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Vietnam Post website will show its new status with Vietnam location.
