I have send a package to China. Tracking number: CY510862406DE
Tracking says it has arrived 30th december in GUANGZHOU but Nothing happend after that. My customer is waiting for the package!
Could you please tell me what is the Problem?

CY510862406DE has no record in China Post local arrival database. It seems to be lost .

You need contact Germany Post and file an investigation.
