Yesterday I called the toll free number who told me to contact the Kolkata Customs Office, I called them today they told me to contact Foreign Post Office - the toll free number - so i called up and he asked for one tracking number, and then I couldn't make out clearly what he said but I think one word sounded like "mithai" or sweets (usually a word that denotes they want some money) and then when I asked him to clarify and what the problem was he said dont worry, it will come in a week.

I've never faced this problem before. In fact, 1 parcel (I didnt mention the tracking number as I had received it earlier) that was sent via China Post small packet arrived a week back without any problem. And on previous occassions too, all mail coming from China (Amazon/AliExpress) got delivered only after staying at Customs for a week. This time, its been more than 2 weeks and I'm not sure what to do.

My seller posted an article via flyt express with tracking id 70888789786
Has anyone had any experience with flyt express and can any on tell wheter it would be delivered by flyt representatives or the postal authorities?
