Dear sir/madam

I have used China Post to send a gift to a friend in Jiroft,Iran

my tracking number is : RN226374028CN , I have used 17track to trace my parcel , however it seems the item is delivered but it has not been,
it also shows it is delivered in city of Kerman while the city was Jiroft,
You may ask the post office to show proof that "Dr heidary" has signed it ?

I will be glad if you help me regarding this concern.

you should ask receiver contact Iran Post. Iran Post delivers the parcel for China Post.

Hi, I am not able to reach them , while I am not in Iran, I need help from China post to contact iranian post behalf of me , because it has not been delivered.

If you don't go to Iran Post to find your parcel, the parcel will be return to China.

look, I went to local post office , and they said it has not been arrived to "jiroft post office" I am living in Jiroft, however , on the 17track website it shows that it is in city of Kerman , and I have tried to call them , and they did not answer, kerman city is 6 hour away from my city jiroft, and I wanted it to be delivered to my city not another city
