Help on my parcel

Please I got these two tracking numbers for EMS
EA311682569CN & EA311682555CN

Whenever I try to track the last activity is since 14th june & it says handed over to China customs

Pls can you help me confirm what is going on with the order ?

I am worried & I paid for the items since 6th june with website affiliated to shein.com Called emmacloth

Hi, around one week already and based on the tracking system, i do not see any update. Also, nothing from Singapore post (based on 17track website)

Destination Country - Tracking Consuming: 1155 ms
Origin Country - Tracking Consuming: 200 ms

the parcel seems have problem in Shenzhen. You should open dispute for lost parcel.

Hi, I have opened dispute for lost parcel. Today, the seller feedback to me that there is a change in status. I have che ked from 17track website and it shows the following:

Destination Country - Cache Time: 2017-07-11 17:46

2017-07-11 04:12

Arrived from overseas (Country code:CN), in transit to next processing centre for delivery

Origin Country - Cache Time: 2017-07-11 17:46

Does the above status meant that the parcel has arrived Singapore? Is the parcel scheduled for delivery or with local customs for clearance now?
